Rosemary (Mia Farrow) and her struggling actor husband, Guy (John Cassavettes), move into a new apartment in New York, where they are surrounded by odd neighbors and events. Guy’s career begins to pick up and soon after Rosemary becomes pregnant, which happens to follow a disturbing dream. Confused and fearful, Rosemary begins to suspect that a friendly neighborly couple may have special plans for her unborn baby. Roman Polanski directed this film.

Panel discussion and lecture on the architecture of Robert Seyfarth. Moderated by Susan Benjamin, architectural historian. Panelists include Mary Seyfarth, granddaughter of Robert Seyfarth, David Van Zanten, Professor of Art, Northwestern University, Art Miller,historian and author, Ken Jellema, former Historic Preservation Chair for Blue Island, Illinois, and Joel Reinstein, local homeowner of a Seyfarth-designed home.
