Administrative Assistant . Part Time
We are seeking a friendly individual to work in the busy Administration Office.
Duties: Responding to staff and patron inquiries in
person and via telephone, preparing letters and documents, filing, updating
spreadsheets, and other duties as assigned.
Requires: High School Diploma or GED and previous office
experience. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft
Word and Excel. A friendly manner, attention to detail and the ability to
communicate clearly are essential.
Schedule: Mornings (16 hours per week).
Starting Salary: $11.75 - $15.00 per hour.
