Ravinia has announced thier schedule for the upcoming 2013 season.

The CSO will, of course, be back for thier summer residency. We also see the return of some familiar faces from within the classical music scene; Yo-Yo Ma, Rachel Barton Pine, the Emerson String Quartet, Itzhak Perlman, and Lang Lang among others.

Popular music is well represented this year as well. Some noteworty shows are listed below.

• Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings (June 25)
• Goo Goo Dolls / Matchbox Twenty (July 2-3)
• David Byrne & St. Vincent (July 6)
• Smash Mouth, Sugar Ray, Gin Blossoms, Vertical Horizon, and Fastball (July 20)
• Buddy Guy (August 17)
