Request an Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary loans are used only for items the Library does not own in its collection.  ILLs may only be placed on new items 6 months post-publication.

Patrons may have up to 5 interlibrary loan items in process and checked out at any time.

All interlibrary loans are requested from in-state lenders first.  Occasionally, items are not available from Illinois lenders.  If you would like us to obtain an item from out-of-state there is a $10 fee, to be paid when the item is picked up.  Please indicate in the form below if you would like us to retrieve materials from an out-of-state lender if an Illinois lender is not available.
