Join us for Memory Café, a welcoming and safe space for individuals with memory loss and mild cognitive impairment. Caregivers and loved ones are encouraged to attend.  

We’re excited to introduce our enhanced program, now incorporating activities that engage all five senses, creating meaningful and immersive interactions.

Our new format fosters deeper connections, stimulates memory through sensory exploration, and offers a variety of engaging, interactive experiences tailored to our participants’ needs. 

Rediscover joy, connection, and community at the Memory Café—a place where every moment matters. 

We can’t wait to welcome you! In partnership with the Highland Park Senior Center. 

No registration is required.

Sept 18 -  Technology Over the Years
               Group discussion about the inventions that changed your life, causing joy or frustration. Including trivia and a chance to play with AI.

Oct 16 -    Board Game Afternoon
               Take a trip down memory lane, to the games that shaped your childhood - from Monopoly to Chess to Dungeons and Dragons

Nov 20 -  Gathering Around the Table
               A feast for the senses as you explore the scents, sounds and tastes of the holidays! Share your favorite people, meals and memories.

Dec 18     Winter Weather Cozy Crafts
               Create a cozy gift to keep or give away as you discover your creative spark

Join us at our Memory Café, a welcoming and safe space designed for individuals living with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, early Alzheimer's, or other dementias. Caregivers and loved ones are encouraged to attend, making this a shared, supportive experience for everyone involved.
