The Friends of the Highland Park Public Library is a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the Library — our community’s valued forum for enrichment, engagement, and lifelong learning.

We SUPPORT
book discussions, lectures, cultural programs, film screenings, arts and crafts workshops, and more!
We ENRICH
our collection of the Library of Things, audio and video equipment, and take-home crafts for kids.
We RESPOND
to our community’s needs in times of trauma with the A Book For You program... providing free books for the community with a focus on healing in English and Spanish.
The Library is one of Highland Park’s greatest treasures. With your financial support we can continue to enhance the Library for you, your family, your neighbors, and our community.
