This 3-part series will use the art and craft of true, personal storytelling and laughter to build resilience through creative self-care. Attend one or more sessions in the series.

From uplifting mood to relieving stress and anxiety, discover how laughter offers benefits to your mental health. This program will use the art and craft of true, personal storytelling and laughter to build resilience through creative self-care.  We will use laughter to relieve stress, learn the practice of creative storytelling culminating in a finalized group share in the second of the program series.  The last of the series will teach the art of Laughter Yoga as another way to maintain good mental health and self-care.

May 3       Session 1: Laughter:  Your Personal Superpower

May 10     Session 2:  Once Upon a Giggle

May 13     Session 3:  Laughter Yoga (Yoga mats not necessary.)
