In this final session of our Laughter as Therapy Series you will discover the practice of Laughter Yoga. Using laughter exercises and yoga breathing techniques you will learn how to laugh more and stress less.
Presented by Debbie Friend of Life Currents. Suitable for all fitness levels. Dress for comfort and bring water to drink. Yoga mats are not required. This will NOT be a yoga session.
