Join us for another Note for Note music concert as the Surabhi Ensemble performs a blend of Indian, Arabic, African and Andalusian influenced music and dance.
The Surabhi Ensemble began with a collaboration of Spanish guitar music and Indian veena music featuring Saraswathi Ranganathan in 2010. Over the past 12 years, the ensemble has grown to include many artists and dancers in a vision that demonstrates the connections between cultures and brings together music and dance from a cultural mosaic including Indian, Arabic, African and Andalusian traditions.
This event will take place outdoors, meet us between the Library and City Hall. In case of inclement weather, the event will take place indoors.
Opening doors to information and imagination.
