Fitness instructor, Ben Sonnenburg from Beans Fitness, will lead a senior-friendly exercise session for this month's Memory Cafe!

In this month's Memory Cafe, we will discuss wellness & fitness routines, led by a certified personal trainer. Join us in the Activity Room for an exercise program! 

A Memory Cafe is a safe space and social gathering for individuals who live with memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, early Alzheimers, or other dementias. Caregivers and loved ones are welcome to join. 

Registration required. 

Make sure to register for future Memory Cafes! 

October - "Fall Memories," featuring a fall leaves luminaria craft, apple picking, and fall music trivia.

November - "Full of Gratitude," featuring a card-making craft, apple cider, and friendly conversation.
