Join us for a visit to the Museum of Science and Industry to experience, "Anne Frank The Exhibition." Registration and signed permission slip required.
The Highland Park Public Library Teen Librarians are hosting a field trip to Anne Frank The Exhibition at The Griffin Museum of Science and Industry.
You must be a current High School student to sign up.
Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Permission slips will be emailed after registration.
Please be at the library no later than 9:45 for bus departure. We will return at approximately 3:30-4pm.
A presentation of the Anne Frank House, the exhibition features a pioneering experience outside of Amsterdam to immerse visitors in a full-scale, fully furnished recreation of the Annex rooms where Anne Frank, her parents and sister and four other Jewish refugees spent two years hiding to evade Nazi capture.
Griffin Museum of Science and Industry is the first museum in the Midwest to present this exhibition, and Chicago is only the second U.S. city to host this extraordinary experience, featuring never-before-seen artifacts from Anne Frank’s life.
