Fresh Start: Essential Oils for the Essential You

Event to be held at Indian Trail Elementary in Highland Park

Join us for a multi-scent exploration designed to help with stress relief, mental clarity and energy restoration and allowing you find calm and connection.

In this therapeutic aromatherapy and stress-relief workshop, you will learn practical tools to manage stress and find calm.  Using guided breathwork and therapeutic scents you will create a personalized aromatherapy roller for continuing focus on the essential you and your at home self-care.

Supplies will be provided.
