Mindful Meditation-Loving Kindness, Self-compassion, and Gratitude
Description: In this five-session class, participants will learn practice, observe, and share experiences. Through learning new meditations, connecting with yourself more deeply, keeping daily meditation alive, and recording a Self-knowledge Awareness Journal, you will be able to independently meditate.
