This program will use the art and craft of true, personal storytelling and laughter to build resilience through creative self-care. We will use laughter to relieve stress and learn the practice of creative storytelling in a finalized group share in the second of the program series. The last of the series will teach the art of Laughter Yoga as another way to maintain good mental health and self care.
