January 15 Comfort Foods - Explore the nostalgic power of food and share stories of the dishes that bring warmth and joy. Reflect on favorite meals, family recipes, and the memories they hold, engaging all the senses through upbeat conversation and gentle prompts.
February 19 Stories We Love - Share about your favorite book or author that left an impression on you. The group will talk about different types of books, ways of reading, and the characters who have inspired you.
March 19 Show & Tell - Please bring one meaningful object from home to discuss with other attendees. The group will explore the history, memories, and personal connections behind each individual's item.
April 16 Nature’s Gentle Touch- In honor of Earth Day, participants will explore how spending time in nature can help everyone feel good. The session will highlight the calming, sensory benefits of the natural world through discussion and gentle reflection.
